Each project is broken down into a number of milestones, each of which is contracted seperately. The specific milestones may vary from project to project, but they will generally follow this pattern:
Design Milestone

We take a keen interest in the appearance of your organization, and we will not consider the first milestone complete until you are satisfied with that appearance. Our face-to-face tutorials will ensure you know everything there is to know about how your site works. By the end of this milestone, your site will be fully-functional and ready for operation, with complete control in your hands.
